Eye Cheese - Swiss Style

St. Claire and Ham Salad Baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 crusty baguette or bread roll, cut in half
  • wholegrain mustard, for spreading
  • ¼ cup rocket leaves
  • 2 slices shaved Gypsy ham
  • 4 wedges slow-roasted or fresh tomato 
  • 2-3 slices Tasmanian Heritage St Claire
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

Spread baguette with mustard and fill with rocket, ham, tomato and Tasmanian Heritage St. Claire.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Perfect for a picnic lunch!
