Goat's Cheese

Herbed Goat’s Cheese with Lime Oil and Black Olives

Ingredients

  • 120g log South Cape Goat’s cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)
  • lime or lemon-infused olive oil, for drizzling
  • freshly ground black pepper, for sprinkling
  • South Cape Crispbreads, for serving
  • black olives, for serving

Method

Sprinkle herbs onto a sheet of baking paper and roll Goat’s cheese in herbs until well-coated. Serve sliced, drizzled with oil and sprinkled with pepper. Serve accompanied with crispbreads and olives.
