Method
Remove the cheese from the refrigerator 30 minutes-one hour prior to serving so it comes to room temperature. Carefully cut the cheese into four slices and place onto individual serving plates. Drizzle each slice of cheese with a teaspoon of honey and serve immediately with figs, crusty bread and a sticky dessert wine.
