Method
Combine all ingredients together in the above order and spoon into 12 buttered non-stick muffin pans. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove onto a wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm or cold.Tip: These muffins can be frozen in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
