Goat's Cheese

Dukkah-dusted Goat’s Cheese on Turkish Bread

Ingredients

  • log South Cape Goat’s cheese
  • 1 turkish pide bread (approximately 450g)
  • extra virgin olive oil, for brushing
  • 1-2 tablespoons dukkah*

Method

Cut bread into 2cm-thick slices, brush with olive oil and grill until golden on both sides. Cut Goat’s cheese into slices and place on top of grilled bread slices. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dukkah. Serve immediately.
