Fresh & Cream Cheese

Green Olive Cream Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 200g South Cape Savoury Cream Cheese (Spring Onion & Chive or Herb & Garlic)
  • 20 stuffed green olives
  • paprika, for coating
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 20 crispbreads, for serving

Method
Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces. Shape one piece around each olive and rolling into a ball to enclose. Roll in paprika to coat.  Using a toothpick, skewer one cherry tomato half with each cream cheese ball and serve on a crispbread.

Serving Tip: Also try serving Green Olive Cream Cheese Balls on crispbreads topped with sliced tomato.
