Fetta Cheese

Roasted Persian Fetta Tomatoes


  • 180g South Cape Persian Fetta, oil reserved
  • 4 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, with stems intact


Cut the top off the tomatoes, hollow out the centres and fill with South Cape Persian Fetta. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with a little of the Fetta oil. Replace tops and roast at 200°C for 10 minutes. Serve warm or cold as a starter, side dish or as part of an antipasto platter.
