Soft White Cheese

Salami Bocconcini Wraps

Ingredients

  • 180g South Cape Bocconcini
  • 2-3 tablespoons pesto
  • 16 slices finely shaved salami
  • basil leaves, for garnish
  • olive oil, for drizzling

Method

Make a small cut from the edge into the centre of each salami slice. Place ½ teaspoon of pesto in the centre of the salami, top with Bocconcini and a basil leaf and roll up into a cone shape. Serve drizzled with a little olive oil if desired.
